Vouchers
Vouchers may be used towards Sue Bagshaw Arts Oakham Studio / bespoke events or Sue Bagshaw Arts commission artworks, unless otherwise stated
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from date of purchase
Tuition
The cost of private sessions cancelled more than 24hrs in advance can be transferred to an alternative day.
No show or cancellation on the day of a session – will incur a charge for the full cost of that session.
Bespoke Events and Workshops
These terms cover all events booked (existing and new) from September 2026. From that time onwards, a booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a non refundable deposit payment as follows:
Up to 20 participants .. £25
More than 20 participants .. £50
Once the deposit is received, I will confirm the booking. Thank you.
Cancellation of event:
A deposit may be transferred to another booking if cancellations are received more than 2 weeks ahead.
Within 2 weeks of the event the deposit is non-transferrable. This is to cover the purchases and prep work which are completed during this period.
Payment
Please pay the deposit by BACs (details available when booking)
Please pay the balance by cash or BACs within 7 days of event.
Workshops from the website shop
Online workshop purchases are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. However, purchases may be transferred subject to the following conditions.
- Notice of more than 48hrs of cancellation by the client – full amount may be transferred to another Sue Bagshaw Arts Oakham Studio event
- No show or notice of less than 48hrs – will incur a charge of the full cost of the workshop.
